This behavior is disabled by default. It can be enabled by navigating to Settings → Options → All and changing the value of the setting named “Budget_DrawingToPhaseChangeOrderToPhase_Disable” to False. |
When linking a Change Order to a Phase, the user will receive a prompt asking if the Budget records for the Change Order should be linked to the Phase.
