NEW FEATURES

  • PO Invoices - Added a tab on Purchase Orders for logging Invoices from the vendor for the PO. Added a column to the PO Item Receiving Log window to show which Invoice the receiving record is linked to. Updated the canned report ‘CN_PO_Receiving Log’ so include a column showing which Invoice each receiving record is linked to.

  • Quickbooks PO Export - Added a tab on the Quickbooks PO Transfer form to export PO Invoices as Bills to Quickbooks Desktop

  • PO Status Change - Added the following new automatic status changes for POs. Set these statuses under Options-->Purchasing

    • Invoiced Status - PO will changed to this status when all items have been received and the last receiving record has been added to a PO Invoice

    • Exported Status - PO will change to this status when all items have been received, all received items have been added to PO Invoices and the last PO Invoice has been Exported

  • Manifest Keyboard Scan - Added a text box on the lower left corner of the Manifest form for manually entering scans or using a USB keyboard scanner. A ‘Keyboard’ scanner will automatically be added in the Scanner list to control how scans from the keyboard are treated.

  • Add Products to New Groups - Added a new checkbox to Products titled ‘Add to New Groups’. Any time a new Group is created on an estimate then any Product with this option checked will be automatically added to the Group.

  • Product Material Markup - Added a Markup column to the Product Material table. Adding a percentage here will add this percentage to the Material Markup for the item. So if the material line item has a 10% markup, and the estimate has a 10% material markup then the material item will have a 20% material markup.

  • Task Definition Default Roles - Setting the Default Role on the Task Definition form now allows you to select more than one Role.

  • Task Overview Columns - Added the following columns on Task Overview

    • Budget: Original - Non-Adjustments from the parent budget

    • Budget: Adjustments - Adjustments to the parent budget

    • Budget: Revised - Total parent from the parent budget

    • Budget: Task - Budget from the Task

    • Budget: Delta - Difference between the total parent budget and the task budget

    • Budget: Progress (Orig) - Percentage of Actual to Original Parent budget

    • Budget: Progress (Rev) - Percentage of Actual to Current Parent budget

    • Budget: Progress (Task) - Percentage of Actual to Current Task budget

  • Task Time to Complete - The following changes have been made on the Time To Complete form

    • Added a Note column. When the budget is Saved using the Time to Complete form the Note will be saved to the Task as well.

    • Add a Name and Date stamp for reporting the last person to modify the task budget using the Time to Complete form

  • MR Approval Threshold - Adding an MR Approval Rule now works with MR Items with a price of zero. So if you add an Approval rule with a threshold of zero it will be triggered for an MR that has a zero price allowing you to make a rule that always triggers when an MR is submitted.

  • Allocated Inventory on Project - Added a sub tab titled Allocated Inventory under the Materials/Purchases tab on the Project form. This will load a list of all currently allocated inventory for the Project and allow you to select one or more rows and right-click to reallocate and consume. This is similar to the one on the Phase Detail form but includes all Inventory for the Project regardless of allocation to a Phase.

  • Estimate Status Change Notification - Added Status Change Notifications for Estimates to the Notifications tab in Options.

  • RFI Indicator - The question mark icon indicator on each Drawing and Phase that indicates that an RFI has been linked will now change to grey if all of the linked RFIs have been closed.

FIXES FOR KNOWN ISSUES

  • Print to scan was not working when items were scanned with a serial scanner

  • Checking the ‘Completed’ checkbox on a Project was overriding the CompletedOn and CompletedBy to the current user and time on completed tasks.

  • Employee Notification window was loading notifications for other employees and not honoring disabled notifications

  • Under Project Parts the Description and Note column were allowing the user to enter more characters than the database allowed which would throw an error

  • The Material summary and Material Substitution tables in estimating were not showing correct information after a recent update

  • The Next/Previous buttons the Phase Detail form did not work properly when Phases were given the same ID number
