Labor Rates per Category
On the Labor tab in Settings, you can apply labor rates to labor
categories for Regular and Overtime hours. This affects the Labor values shown under Values on
the General tab on the Project form.

The value for Labor Is generated by the above labor record using the above labor category rates.
