Release: April 1, 2020

  • MR Items Split for Drawing or Phase – When selecting a Phase or Drawing for an MR Item you can select multiple items and it will duplicate the line item and spread the current qty across the MR Items. It will prompt the user to confirm and offer to split using whole numbers or decimal numbers.

  • Query Form Auto Complete – When writing SQL on the queries form you can enter in a valid schema name or table name and an autocomplete list will popup with available tables or columns.

  • Employee Labor Auditing – Record auditing has been added to the Employee_Labor table so any changes to an employee labor record will be logged.

  • Task Autofill Budget Percent – Added a new percent field to Task Definitions to be used when the Auto-Fill from Budget option is enabled. Default value is 100. When auto-filling the Budget hours on a Task from the budget of the task parent, the budget will only include the percent of the budget indicated. This can be set on the Task Definition but can be overridden per task instance. The setting can also be overridden for Phase tasks per Phase Template.

  • Timeclock App Modifications – Added a ‘Load Previous’ button to select the same items from the employees previous labor record. Added a ‘’ row to the top of the selection lists to make it more intuitive to select none.

  • New Canned Reports – A new canned report has been added to the Part Lists so you can print a current inventory count by Part List and Location for doing hard counts. Import the new report from the desktop client install directory.

  • Fix: Project Status Timeclock Filter – If you open Options and load the Timeclock tab, then select one or more Project Statuses to filter on the Timeclock but leave all Phase Statuses unchecked it was clearing the selections for Project Statuses.

  • Changing PO Price after Receiving – If you change the price on a PO Item after receiving it, the price on any linked inventory transactions will be updated and the System Note field on the transaction append a note indicating who modified the price.
