Employee Notes have moved, see below

  • Employee Notes - The employee Notes field has been migrated to a new Notes tab what work similar to the notes for Project, Businesses and Contacts which allows you to organize notes in a tree with topics.

  • Color Formulas - Added an ‘Add Part’ option when adding items to a color formula to add a Part from the Parts list instead of an item from the Formula Components. Added an Order button on the Formula editor to create an MR from the component list.

  • Product Configurations - A new feature has been added to Product library. Right-click a Product to open the Default Customizations window where you add the default Labor and Material that is copied to the estimate line item when the product is added. In the customization window in the product library you can create a nested tree of configurations and add labor and material records for each configuration. In the customization window on the estimate you can check/uncheck the configurations in the tree to add/remove the labor and material records to the estimate line item. A new Configuration column has been added to the estimate line item. It is a read only column and displays a comma separated list of each of the Configurations that were checked in the customization window.

  • Parts Form - The Add and Copy functions on the Parts form have been modified to be consistent with the same flow on the Select a Part window. The Add New Part button at the top of the form has been removed. Right-click the list of parts and use Add or Copy and both will display the Edit Part window to edit the new part.

  • Issue & Bug Fixes

    • Fix: Phase Deleted Notification - This setting was not saving properly on the Notifications tab in Options.

    • Fix: Timeclock Edit Hours - After a recent update, manually editing the hours and bypassing the auto-calculation of overtime was not saving correctly and the totals on screen were inaccurate as well as any reports referencing the Minutes_RT or Minutes_OT fields instead of the RegularTime and OverTime fields.

    • Fix: Change Order Details - Checking/unchecking the markup columns manually on the budget records was not calculating the total correctly in some circumstances.
