NEW FEATURES

  • Clock in from MR Queue - Added right-click options to clock into a Project or Phase from an item in the MR Queue.

  • MR Queue Column Sorting - Added multi-column sorting to the MR Queue on the PO form and made the sort settings save per employee.

  • Product Options - Added a Category and the ability to load a picture to Product Options for estimating.

  • Estimate Group Spec - Added a Spec tab to override specs at each Group level

  • Equipment Hourly Rate - Added an hourly rate field to equipment for scenarios where you are assigning equipment to tasks and want to charge an hourly rate to the project.

  • Task Overview Assigned Equipment - The Assigned column on the Task Overview form now includes assigned Equipment in addition to Employees

  • Phase Template Status Trigger - On the list of Tasks on a Phase Template there is a new column titled Status where you override the Status that the Phase is changed to when the Task is completed

  • Project UDCText Search and Sort - Added the Project UDC Text fields to the Sorting for the Project form. Also, modified the option to search by Description2 so that it will now search by any text field loaded in the background for the Project list which includes the UDC Text fields.

FIXES FOR REPORTED ISSUES

  • In the desktop timeclock app, on the Clock Into Project tab, the Employee Note was not saving when adding the note while clocking in.

  • The function that spreads Task budget hours across dates for capacity was not calculating the remaining hours correctly due to a rounding issue on the actual hours.

  • After a recent update, completing a Phase Task that was not configured to trigger a status change was triggering a status change to '' which would clear the status from the Phase.

  • An error occurred preventing the Task Trigger window to open when completing a task that was configured on the Phase Template using task trigger option to ‘Override Replace’ triggered tasks

  • When a labor record was split when an employee worked through midnight the split record on the second day did not populate the Schedule field if one was present.

  • The On Order qty on the Inventory form was not loading correctly in some scenarios

  • When the Allocate Inventory window opened from the MR Queue and the Qty had a decimal value the values were entered with the decimal value

  • On the select a Phase window unchecking the Hide Incomplete option was causing an error

  • When adding MR items to a New PO the Select a Business popup window was not automatically selecting the Suggested Vendor

  • When manually adding Business Pricing records the price was not sticking

  • The Folder subtabs for items like Phase would not display any files if the full filename and path were over 260 characters long

  • CreatedBy field for Project Invoices was not being populated

  • Tasks loaded on the Tasks - Time To Complete form with a Parent that had no budget records would cause an error preventing the form from displaying tasks.

  • In a recent update, when editing a part on the Edit part window the Part Category was not jumping to the current category automatically

  • The MR Queue was showing inaccurate AVL quantity in instances where inventory was allocated to a Phase that had been deleted
