Steps for Terminating an Employee

Below are step by step instructions for disabling an employee account when they leave the company.

If you do not have access to the employee form you will not be able to complete these steps.

  1. Open the Employees Form

  2. Select the employee’s name in the Employee list

  3. Enter a date in the Terminated: date field.

  4. A red ring should now appear around the employees photo.
