Using Templates to Streamline Your Estimating Process

Starting with a template can significantly save you time. If your estimates typically include similar elements like groups, products, pricing markups, inclusions, and exclusions, you can create and save an estimate as a reusable template.

A recommended best practice is to create a project in Crows Nest named something like "Estimating Template." Within this project, set up an estimate, customize it to your preferences, and then save it as your ‘Template Project’ with one or more Source Templates.

Open
