PRE-CONTRACT STAGE = Invitation to bid (ITB)

  3. Labor budget (requires departments and wage scales)

  4. Materials budget (requires materials data)

  5. Estimate


CONTRACT STAGE = Continues until closeout

  1. Project management

  2. Request for information (RFI)

  3. Transmittals

  4. Change orders

  5. Invoicing (requires integration with accounting software)

  6. Budget vs Actual reports


PRE-PRODUCTION PHASE =

  1. Design and specify products: (requires integration with engineering software)

  2. Schedule work: Project schedule (requires employee data)

  3. Request materials: Materials Request (MR) (requires materials data)

  4. Order materials: Purchase Order (PO) (requires integration with accounting software)

  5. Receive materials: Inventory / Stock


PRODUCTION PHASE =

  1. Release jobs: Work Order (WO)

  2. Release shop drawings:

  3. Release materials: Pick Ticket

  4. Track labor: Time clock

  5. Track progress: Timeline, Reports, Dashboard


COMPLETION =

  1. Shipping: Manifest

  2. Installation:

  3. Accounting: Invoice, payment, Reports

  4. Closeout > archive
