To display announcements to employees that use the desktop Timeclock app you can specify the URI of a web page on your local system or in the cloud.

To use the web banner, you must download and install WebView2 from Microsoft. For stand-alone installers, see this page.

To configure the announcement, go to Settings-->Options-->Timeclock-->Announcement Web Banner

  • Address - Paste a web address into the Address field or use the Browse button to select a web page on your local file system.

  • Height - Set the height in pixels that the banner will be displayed at the top of the Timeclock app.

  • Start and End Dates - The announcement will only be displayed during the period selected.

  • No labels
