Labor Rates per Category
Menu bar > Settings > Options > Labor tab
Labor rates for both regular (RT) and overtime (OT) hours can be applied to labor categories.
This affects the Labor values shown under Values on the General tab of the Project form.

The value for Labor Is generated by the above labor record using the above labor category rates.
