Relationship Between Change Order and Phase Budgets.

Change order budget records and phase budget records can be linked when a change order is linked to a phase.

Change Order to Phase Budget Prompt

This behavior is disabled by default. It can be enabled by navigating to Settings → Options → All and changing the value of the setting named “Budget_ChangeOrderToPhase_Disable” to False.

When linking a Change Order to a Phase, the user will receive a prompt asking if the Budget records for the Change Order should be linked to the Phase.

To remove the prompt so it links without asking the user, change the setting named “Budget_ChangeOrderToPhase_Prompt” to False.
