For sharing screens and files with support technician. Chat enabled. Audio requires separate connection.

  1. Request supportwith:

  2. Receive 9-digit support key from technician

  3. Go to fastsupport.com in your web browser

  4. Enter your name and support key

  5. Click “Continue” to start session

  6. Approve session and grant permissions by clicking “Yes

  7. Use the GoToAssist floating window to control the session.

Requires download Downloads and installation of installs GoToAssist client software on your computer (follow prompts to do this, if you do not already have it installed)
