Attended remote support

For sharing screens and files with support technician. Chat enabled. Audio requires separate connection.

  1. Request support with:

  2. Receive 9-digit support key from technician

  3. Go to fastsupport.com in your web browser

  4. Enter your name and support key

  5. Click “Continue” to start session

  6. Approve session and grant permissions by clicking “Yes

  7. Use the GoToAssist floating window to control the session.

Downloads and installs GoToAssist client software on your computer (if not already installed)

Gives technician access to your screen and computer while connected
