Attended remote support
For sharing screens and files with support technician. Chat enabled. Audio requires separate connection.
Request support with:

help desk form: Technical support request
phone call:
Receive 9-digit support key from technician
Go to fastsupport.com in your web browser
Enter your name and support key
Click “Continue” to start session
Approve session and grant permissions by clicking “Yes”
Use the GoToAssist floating window to control the session.
Downloads and installs GoToAssist client software on your computer (if not already installed)
Gives technician access to your screen and computer while connected
