How to configure server email address

Crows Nest generates email messages to share task information, issue alerts and report errors.
The email address used for the sender will default to:
the logged-in user, when that user has an email address stored.
the server, when the logged-in user has NO email address stored.
the server, when alerts are broadcast.
the server, when “Use as Sender” option is selected in Crows Nest Email Service
IF the server email address is NOT configured…
…email recipients and support staff cannot reply to the sender.

Step by Step Instructions
Open Settings > Options
Select Notifications Tab
Fill in Server Email: field with an email address [i.e. johnsmith@mydomain.com]
Fill in Server Name: field with a name [i.e. John Smith or Crows Nest]
Close the Options window
