Implementation
Every new Crows Nest customer receives 40 hours of instructor-led implementation training to get you and your team up-to-speed as quickly as possible. Installation of the Crows Nest suite on your server and PC workstations does not count against your bank of 40 hours.
Update and Support
Update & Support is an annual subscription that entitles you to software updates as they are released and 1:1 support through our Help Desk.
Renewal is optional. You will still be able to use any version of Crows Nest released before this date. Without a current subscription, software versions released after this date will not work on your system, and support is limited to self-serve help files and our online knowledge base.
User Training and IT Service
User Training/IT Services are billed separately and delivered online:
User training can be purchased in prepaid blocks of time. Additionally, on-site training is available too. Please schedule a 15-minute Training Consultation to discuss timing and logistics.
