Managing stock levels

This applies to shop materials for general consumption and not tracked individually as inventory.

Use the Parts List form to:

  • Build lists of common items that you restock

  • Resupply these items when stock is low


When employees take boxes off the shelf and consume them with the app, their supply quantity will decrease in the Parts List. New orders to restock can then easily be created.

An Alert can be configured to run on a schedule and send a summary of items that are below minimum stock levels.
