PO Shipment ID and Receiving Log

The field on Receiving records named Shipment ID can be used to enter in a Packing Slip number or similar ID. This ID is Visible on the PO Receiving Log.

Prompt User for Received Shipment ID

Prompts the user to enter a Shipment ID when receiving PO Items.
Navigate to Settings → Options → Purchasing

Open

Rename Shipment ID by entering in a new value in the Shipment ID Alias: field.

PO Receiving Log

A full log of receiving for a PO is available as a custom report. To view this report click on the View/Print tab of the PO form. Then click the drop down menu for Select Report and choose Receiving Log.
