Relationship Between Drawing and Phase Budgets.

Drawing budget records and phase budget records can be linked when a change order is linked to a phase.

Drawing to Phase Budget Prompt

This behavior is disabled by default. It can be enabled by navigating to Settings → Options → All and changing the value of the setting named “Budget_DrawingToPhase_Disable” to False.

When linking a Drawing to a Phase, the user will receive a prompt asking if the Budget records for the Drawing should be linked to the Phase.

To remove the prompt so it links without asking the user, change the setting named “Budget_DrawingToPhase_Prompt” to False.
