How to Copy Employee Permissions from an Employee

step by step instructions for copying all employee permissions from an employee to other employees.

  1. Open the Employees Form

  2. Select the employee you want to copy permissions from in the Employee list

  3. Click on the Permissions tab.

  4. Right-click anywhere in the Permissions window and under All Permissions click Copy to Employee(s)

  5. Hold down the CTRL key and click on the employees you want to copy the permissions to and click OK.
