COM Error when adding a Note

 Problem

When opening the Add Note window an error pops up preventing the user from adding a note. The error is seen below.

This is caused by a spell checker that is loading and affects some machines, but not others. There are a few other areas in the app where this can occur as well.

 Solution

Users affected by this error can do the following

1. Use the Crows Nest 32bit app instead of the Crows Nest app. It is already installed and you can find it on the Start Menu

2. We’ve already fixed the issue on our end for the next update and users running a version later than the July 7th, 2023 version should not see this issue.
