Date Calculation Error - Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Problem

"Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error message displays when trying to calculate dates. This error can occur if there are Predecessor tasks set so that an infinite loop happens when trying to calculate dates.

Solution

There is no automatic fix yet, so you will need to contact customer support and get help to fix this. We are planning on adding some automatic checks for this to avoid the issue.
