Fix: Date Format adding Phase – While adding a new Phase and entering in dates and you have a custom (non-US) date format, it was not properly validating the dates.

New Canned Report – Project Cost form, Job Cost Summary. Compiled job cost report by Cost Code and SOV Group.

Added CostCode to View – The view v_ProjectCost_Material has been modified with new fields to link to a CostCode.
