New Employee Permissions

Dashboard App - Modified the error handling so errors are logged in the Crows Nest Application Event Log and the timer will restart and attempt to run the report again after the set interval period.
Change Order to Phase Budget - When linking a Change Order to a Phase, the user will receive a prompt asking if the Budget records for the Change Order should be linked to the Phase. To remove the prompt so it links without asking the user, change the setting named “Budget_ChangeOrderToPhase_Prompt” to False. To enable/disable this behavior change the setting named “Budget_ChangeOrderToPhase_Disable” to True or False. It is disabled by default.
Drawing to Phase Budget - When linking a Drawing to a Phase, the user will receive a prompt asking if the Budget records for the Drawing should be linked to the Phase (and vice-versa depending on the situation). To remove the prompt so it links without asking the user, change the setting named “Budget_DrawingToPhase_Prompt” to False. To enable/disable this behavior change the setting named “Budget_DrawingToPhase_Disable” to True or False. It is disabled by default.
