Release: March 24, 2020
Fix: Invoice Creation Error – If a Project had the Default Invoice Tax Rate linked to a Tax Rate that had been deleted, errors were thrown when creating a new Invoice which prevented the new Invoice from being created.
Fix: Project Cost View Reference – The Reference column in the v_ProjectCost_Material view was displaying the internal PO ID instead of the exposed String ID.
Receiving Reports – Added a Print option to the right-click menu on the Receiving tab of the Inventory form. It will use reports with a CN_POITEM_ prefix. Available parameters in these reports are @POItemID, @SelectedPOItemIDs and @AllPOItemIDs. These parameters will be populated with the current row, the highlighted rows or all the visible rows respectively.
New Canned Reports – Two new reports have been added as samples for the Receiving Reports named ‘CN_POITEM_Receiving, All Items.rdl’ and ‘CN_POITEM_Receiving, Selected Items.rdl’. They can be round in the Reports subfolder of the folder where the CN client is installed.
Fix: Drawing Number not Saving – Editing the Number column of a Drawing was not saving the change back to the database.
Report Fields – Added new fields to the Report table. ImportDate is the date/time when the report was last imported. ImportFilename is the full filepath of the imported file. ImportFileDate is the modified date of the imported file.
Report Variable Table – Added a new table named Report_Variable. When a report is imported it will store the name and value of all variable stored in the report file so they can be queried later. This was added mainly for tracking of version information for report authors.
New Permissions: Inventory – Two new permissions are added, CanEdit_Inventory and CanEdit_InventoryTransactions. The first allows the user to manually create or modify the Inventory records. The second allows modifications of Transactions directly. These permissions are off by default so you will need to turn this on for users after installing this update.
Inventory Transaction Change Price – A new right-click option to Change Price has been added to the Inventory Transaction table. You can highlight one or more records and select this option to modify the Price of the Transaction.
